OUTDATED below, after the new Xeno weeds sprites.

I left out the ones under alien corpses, because no way you can see it anyway.

I noticed when I place trap on the tile with alien blood, it removes the alien blood (or puts it under the trap), so dev did take some steps on it. I wonder what covers are ok?

Alien claymores...Now I won't be charging weeds at all.I'he already got crabbed once out of nowhere.I'd definitely put a crab hole in some gun with attachment lol.

These are pretty neat, the only issue is getting a drone or hivelord to work with you in making the nest into a confusing maze

Ever since they finally updated the sprite for them, they have been harder to spot. It is so tiny...

Makes flaming batches of weeds all the safer now.

The new sprites are extremely hard to spot. Almost anything marine-made can block them, and even without the cover it's hard. Prepare yourself.

Eh.. as a marine, if you have a doubt : right-click.

I saved countless marines by doing that.

I only got trapped ONCE with the old trap, didn't get trapped a second time.

And xenos, you are encouraged to do that, it's smart, it's effective and it'll force some marines to learn. And it's even a deadlier weapon than some castes. Because a marine infected is a marine leaving the frontline for 10 to 30 minutes. While a light to medium injured can be treated in less than 5 minutes and return to fight.
