Make Elite/Ancient Xenos count as more 'threat'

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): In regards to requesting an ERT it doesn't take that many ancient T2 or T3 to wipe the deck with the remaining unorganized marines. And considering Xenos love to beeline to CIC often times the ERT never gets called if they somehow manage to fit into that magical number where they're unstoppable due to upgrades but "not enough threat".

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Lets more ERTs show up at end round.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Give whatever regards xenos threat higher values for upgraded xenos. Or change it from a flat number so T2/T3 elite/ancient whatever had values associated with them.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Some minor coding.

+1 5 elite/ancient t3s will easily mop the floor with the marines, but ERT just can't be called on them.
If you ever wonder when did I really start hating incompetent people read Crab Spider's signature... I was that CMO.

+1 its true. raw numbers of living team members isnt a completely accurate count of team strength
